What about customs?

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

From my pictures, the pen looks quite white due to my home’s lighting, but it’s actually babyblue. The design looks like a color pencil with rechargeable power charger. The babyblue color is so pretty!! I love it so much! Moreover, even though the box’s introduction said only for ipad air and ipad pro, but i tried it on my iphone 13 touch screen, works perfectly fine and smoothly ❤️ Totally recommend it!
