Will my items be sent in one package?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The otoscope works well, the image quality is average, not better than the Bebird R3. The accessories are the best, the tweezers have a better grip than I expected, and unlike the R3 version, they don’t have a blue silicone “case” that can be removed, but are attached to the metal, which I personally find more comfortable. It took a little over a week to arrive (9 days).
