How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

Totally worth the money. Can be a real life saver when you’re stuck in a waiting room with dr. phil on the tv. My old phone had an ir blaster built in, but the s23 doesn’t. So this comes in real handy, turning your phone into a universal remote. So far, the app works good, even with less common tv brands. I can definitely recommend buying it if you have an android phone. I’m sure it will work just as well with an iphone.

안드로이드폰에선 플레이스토어에서 ocrustar 라는 앱을 깔고 TV 브랜드선택한후 화면의 지시에 따르면 등록됩니다. 집에 있는 LG TV, 삼성 에어컨을 등록하니 작동 잘됩니다. 적외선 송신파워가 강한지, 제법 먼거리에서도 방향에 상관없이 잘 인식되네요. 앱에 왠만한 가전브랜드와 제품은 입력되어있어서 등록이 쉬운편이고, 앱에 제품이 등록이 안되어 있는건 수동등록도 가능하게 되어있네요.
