Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item

These watches are cute! The multiple functions steps, heart rate, radio, messaging. When it’s set and sync’s to your phone it gives you the amount of body fat you have to and how many pounds you should lose to be healthier. It even tells you how many calories you burn. Tells you about your sleep cycle everything here and more! I really think it’s a cute little watch! I got my friend one as well and his is a little different than mine but both have the same functionality. For the money you really can’t beat them.! They really don’t look so cheap either. I recommend these watches! I think they would make a nice little surprise for kids and teenagers! then they could always know what time it is! I still don’t know all the functions it’s truly incredible!

The watch’s materials and construction are very good at this low price. The case is not waterproof and the face could scratch, but is perfect as a backup watch. Display brightness and sharpness if good and band is comfortable and attaches well to the body. The app is quite good, offering most of the features of my fitbit watch. Bluetooth connection is fast and has good range to my phone. Highly recommended at this price.

Good athletic wrist band. The pulse tracker is not working but it’s possible i just haven’t figured it out yet. Be aware that the app that you download is not the easiest to use. The instructions that are provided are very brief and the type is very small. I did a google image search and was able to find it easily and find the directions, etc.. great for a first time user of the type of watch so that you can determine if you’ll actually use it a lot before you invest in a really nice one.
