How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Box was a little damaged, but nothing wrong with the watch. Works as described, though the instructions are so tiny you almost need a magnifying glass to read them. The watch face is a bit bigger than id anticipated. Wish it showed the time by just raising your arm. Haven’t used all the features yet. It doesn’t tell you if you change features or backgrounds, and the app is basic, but it does what it advertised.

This is a very interesting product. Even if you hit a doll, you can tell your heart rate. But unfortunately, it is a place where Japanese language is not compatible and the image quality is rough. The function is a little difficult to use. But I thought it would be very interesting to see the heart rate on a doll.

I had my difficulties at first, still not sure how to allow the watch to receive calls that i get from my phone straight to the watch. Other than that it’s great, i’d surely recommend. The app is called laxasfit, it’s a black app with colored letters on it. Make sure you download so you can set your watch up that way. Enjoy people, cause i sure am.
