How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us withinΒ 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

Great!! Came within a week along with other stuff i ordered, and wasn’t damaged at all. It was super easy to put together and came with the screws and a mini screwdriver so you don’t need to worry about anything. It’s not made of wood so you would have to be gentle and careful to not scratch it or dent it since it dents easily, but other than that it’s perfect and is holding all of my supplies well. It also looks so freaking cute π

Item arrived quickly and solidly packaged. Construction instructions rough, but sufficient. A small, practical mini screws puller was also there. In General, I did not expect anything big at the price. It is coarsely assembled by a kind of plug-in system and then fixed with screws. It is not a wood, but rather hard foam. In some places I had to get rough when plugged together because the parts did not mesh well, which damaged the material. I was most disappointed by the large gap, I work with heavy and pointed modeling tools, one of which is repeatedly slides. Annoying, but it will serve its purpose.

The material is very fragile. It is not solid wood, and feels kind of soft. Came in with three areas badly chipped. Looks resemble the picture. Still usable for its price and the complexity of getting refund/return the product, i will keep it.

Originally was supposed to come on the 26th-30th, it came on the 17th which is really good. I just finished building it and this is what it looked like. I am extremely satisfied especially because they give you your own screwdriver and nails.

It’s not much, but paint chips fall off. Wipe it with a wet cloth or mop and clean around clothes and the floor with a broom. It’s sturdy because it’s tightened with screws. There’s no separate fixation for inserting a pen diagonally, but it doesn’t matter for use.

The place where the pen is inserted is too stiff. It would be better if it was deeper. Assembly was more fun and good, but the quality is a bit expensive.
